Based on your specific situation, you will be given the realistic paths forward, with the advantages and drawbacks of each, and a proposed strategy for how to approach the proceeding.
At the end of the consultation, you will know exactly where you stand, what the realistic options are, and what should happen next.
Fees are agreed in advance, depending on the complexity and urgency of the matter, and confirmed before the consultation takes place.
